Free parking is always available in front of the house. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 400 meters from the sea and a 10 to 15-minute walk from the old town of Kotor. A large supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away, and the hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk from the house. The location is easy to find if you're driving. If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2. The space -One-bedroom apartment with an entrance on the first floor. – The apartment can host two people. – Queen-size bed (2 x 1.6m) with sateen and damask bed sheets. – A fully equipped kitchen with a traditional oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, and basic kitchenware, like pots and pans, is also provided. – A bathroom with a shower, towels, and basic toiletries is provided. – Other amenities: Two internet networks, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, cable TV, washing machine, clothes dryer, hairdryer, iron + ironing board. Please note that the washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room shared by two other apartments. Guest access The terrace is in front of the apartment, with a view of the old town and the mountains. The house has a garden with a beautiful view of the bay, which is the perfect place to rest and have a barbecue. The Garden is used as a common place for all the guests of the house and is equipped with chairs, sofas, tables, and Wi-Fi as well.
