Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€). The space The Space, The studio apartment has its own entrance on the second floor through a shared hallway with two other apartments. – The apartment can host 2 people. – Queen-size bed (2 x 1.6m) with sateen bed sheets, wardrobe, LCD TV, cable TV. – A fully equipped kitchen with oven, small fridge/freezer, kettle, and basic kitchenware, like pots and pans, is also provided. – Small dining area with table and chairs. Sofa, TV stand, LCD TV, Cable TV, air-conditioning. – A bathroom with a shower, towels, and basic toiletries is provided. – Other amenities: 2 internet networks, Wi-Fi, washing machine, clothes dryer, hairdryer. Please note that the washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room shared by 2 other apartments. Guest access The terrace is located in front of the apartment on the 2nd floor (shared with one more apartment) with a view of the old town and mountains. The house has a garden with a beautiful view of the bay, which is the perfect place for having a rest and make a barbecue. The Garden is used as a common place for all the guests of the house and is equipped with chairs, sofas, tables and Wi-Fi as well.
