Hot tub is for owners use only. Recently refurbished 3 bedroom house with ample space in open plan kitchen/dining area which opens up onto a sunny patio with further seating outside, ideal to have a lazy breakfast in the sun. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire house, with two separate sitting areas, dining area, kitchen, utility room is in the downstairs toilet. Upstairs, guests have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with double bed, one with 2 single beds, another with with single bed - see photos. The attic room is where the owner stores her belongings. It is locked and off limits. Please respect her privacy. Thanks. Other things to note The property is used by the owner, please be respectful of her belongings. Broadband WIFI available - password on router in living room. Televisions There are two televisions in the property, both downstairs. One in the lounge has a remote for the TV, and separate remotes for the sound bar and Humax box. Instructions for the Humax are on the back of the remote control. If you do change the language, can you please change it back to English before you leave. Thanks.
