Completely renovated, bright, comfortable, it offers a spacious bedroom with shower room, dressing room and separate toilet. You will find a spacious living room, with an equipped kitchen open to the living room, dining area and a large entrance with a desk area. You will also enjoy a private garden of about 200 m2, with superb views of the La Chartreuse mountain range. Pets allowed upon request. The space The building, a former tobacco dryer, dating from 1913, will offer you the charm of the old combined with modern comfort. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVD player and board games...
