A stone's throw away from the ramparts and the Rance, which promise a very pleasant walk, or even very eclectic sports courses. Also very close to all the amenities of the historic center. The beaches and ports of St Malo and Cancale are 25 min away, Rennes 40 min, Mont Saint Michel and Saint Bireuc 40 min. The space PLEASE NOTE, bookings for July/August are only by the week or at least 6 nights. Other things to note A deposit of 200.00 euros is required upon arrival, in case of breakage of equipment or furniture in the apartment. Returned on the day of departure, same for the cleaning deposit under the conditions below: Attention for cleaning: it is returned only if it is done impeccably, as you found the apartment on arrival. Vacuum, then mop with disinfectant product provided for this purpose, used everywhere. Obviously, cleaning includes washing the sheets at least put in the washing machine with detergent if the departure is before 9:00 a.m. and extended if departure after 11:00 a.m. and beds remade if departure between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Households that do not meet these conditions, done quickly to hide the mess, will not be reimbursed.
