The space A warm welcome to our cozy home! Look forward to a lovingly furnished living and dining area with a new, integrated kitchen – the perfect place to cook together, enjoy meals, or simply relax. The dining area features a table with four chairs for comfortable and sociable evenings. The house offers: * 1 bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses) * 1 children’s room with a bunk bed (two single mattresses) * 1 bathroom with toilet and shower A modern, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entire house as well as the spacious 600 m² property are fully available for your use during your stay. You can also choose whether you would like to book bed linen and towels or bring your own (please see “House Rules” or "Additional relevant information" for further details). Guest access Independent 24-hour check-in (from 5:00 PM) & check-out (until 10:00 AM). Access is provided via a key safe with a personal code, allowing you to arrive flexibly and conveniently. Other things to note 1) Having your own vehicle is strongly recommended, as the house is located outside of Carona (see location map). The nearest public bus stop is approximately 3 km away in the village center. Bicycles or e-bikes can also be very helpful for getting to Carona and the nearby villages. 2) You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels (bath/kitchen), as this is often preferred for cost reasons. Of course, our property management can also provide them for a cleaning fee (CHF 15 per bed linen set and CHF 10 per towel set). 3) Access to the house is via a longer staircase, and there are also steps inside the house.
