Tigh an Uillt, hot tub, river/forest views

"Tigh an Uillt" gaelic for house by the river. Log fires, hot tub, bright space for sharing with friends and family. A peaceful retreat with riverside and forest views. The Cairngorms National Park, the whisky trail, walking, hiking and mountain bike trails, golfing, the RSPB bird watching, the river, the fishing, the forest, castles, all on your doorstep. The space The sound of flowing water in the river, the luxury of a hot tub and deck chairs overlooking it, big bright windows looking into the forest, a gathering place in the open living/kitchen/dining area all warmed by the fire, this is a place of relaxation. Ideal for 1 or 2 families or a small group of friends. 5 bedrooms; 3 king size bedrooms (2 of those with ensuites), and 2 single bedrooms. Spacious living kitchen/dining area. Hot tub on the outside deck, with an additional outside shower. Guest access Guests will have access to the big house, hot tub, the deck, garden and driveway. There is a wee house right beside the big main house, with the blue door. Occasionally the wee house is occupied by family members for a night or two. There is no access for guests of Tigh an Uillt into the wee house. Other things to note Please be considerate of our neighbours close by, keeping outside noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am. No parties. No smoking. The garden goes all the way down to the river, so the house may not be suited to small children, as the river can rise very quickly and can become dangerous. There is a steep bank going down to the river which also may be unsafe for small children. (However, when the river is low, our children whey they were young, played in it for hours.) The fence going around the garden is not dog proof. I occasionally may be in resident in the wee house with the blue door next to Tigh an Uillt, so you may see me coming and going.
