Homestay between CHU and Memorial

I am pleased to welcome you to my house; located in an extremely quiet area, close to campus 1 and 2, IAE, E2SE, ENSIcaen, Ganil, Athena Park… the Memorial Museum, 10 minutes walk from the CHU and the St Martin clinic, Bus 2, 23 and 7 nearby, the T2 tram 12 minutes walk. The city center is 10 minutes by bus. A Carrefour shopping mall is a 7-minute walk away. The space Single room, 140*190 double bed, work table. Wi-Fi, high-speed 4G internet access (fiber) You'll be able to access the kitchen. The bathroom and toilet will be shared with the owner. Guest access If you arrive by train, exit on the station side, just across the street you will find the tram platform, take any tram on the same side as the station towards campus 2 or Hérouville (do not cross the tram track, tickets are on sale via a machine on the tram platform). Get off at Université, on the same platform but across the street take bus no. 2 (get off at Village des Métiers) I can welcome you from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. if you would like other times we can discuss this. For checkout, around 10 a.m., but it will always be possible to find an arrangement. During your stay Depending on the schedules, we can share breakfast together. I will be present in the evening to chat with my guests, and answer your questions as much as possible. I do not offer breakfast systematically, however for stays of 2 to 4 days, I can prepare it with organic and regional products, possibly gluten-free for €5 per person. Let me know if you'd like it.
