Chalet in Gruyères

Ideal cottage for families with large terrace and stone grill, panoramic view. The floor consists of three bedrooms (sleeps 6: 1x double bed, 1x double bed with trundle, 1x bunk bed) and a bathroom with bathtub (towel dryer). The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen (oven, fridge and dishwasher), a living room and a separate toilet. Access to the chalet is via stairs. A parking space is available at the foot of the chalet. The space The name of the cottage, La Favela, is a nod to my wife from Brazil. Access to the property is via stairs. An emergency grocery store is available at the La Pierre restaurant in Catillon where you will find only the essentials. For the rest of the shopping, I recommend Gruyère Centre, located a few kilometers' drive from Moléson. Guest access When making your reservation, please note that the cottage is in the mountains and I strongly recommend that you arrive during the day and not at night. ⚠️In winter, during heavy snowfall, a well-equipped car is essential to reach parking space 88. As it is not sheltered, in case of snowfall, I advise you to be equipped with good shoes. Normally the staircase is cleared by me but surprises are not excluded. Ideally, the goal is to rent the cottage to families. Therefore, only adults pay for overnight stays. For example, if you book for a family of 5 (3x children), only the parents will pay for the nights. Other things to note Cleaning fees include housekeeper compensation, waste taxes and laundry (detergents). A trip-trap chair is available for younger children. Bath towels are not provided. Please bring your own personal towels. When returning the cottage, you are asked to vacuum and put back the furniture that you may have moved. The ashes must be removed from the stove and barbecue, you can place them in the gray bin with a lid. Your trash can must be put in the black box next to the chalet.
