Accommodating up to 4 people max, it consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, open plan kitchen, balcony. You have access to all the common areas of the residence: Wellness Area, Lounge Area, Indoor Games Room, Laundry Area. The space Le Chamo'nid is a quiet, dual-aspect apartment located in an exclusive area of Chamonix. Its mountain decor will help you immerse yourself in our beautiful Chamonix environment. It consists of a bedroom with views of the Aiguille des Drus, a bathroom, a living room with open kitchen, a nice 6 m2 balcony with views of Lake Champraz, the Bossons Glacier and the peaks of Mont Blanc. - Bedroom: equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a large dressing room with 2 closets each equipped with 7 shelves, a wardrobe part and a storage drawer to store your clothes. - Bathroom: equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and hair dryer. - Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, microwave, freezer, toaster, "Riviera & Bar" electric kettle, hand blender, fondue, raclette and stone grill, teapot, "Nespresso Vertuo" coffee maker. - Living room: equipped with a very comfortable 140 x 200 convertible sofa bed and a storage ottoman. A beautiful flat-screen TV, a table that can accommodate 4 people with 4 chairs, a portable LED lamp that serves as a Bluetooth speaker, Wine & Champagne Bucket - Balcony: garden table with 4 chairs, clothes dryer, garden sofa (footrest and adjustable backrest) to enjoy a luxurious sunbathing facing the Mont Blanc range and facing the lake. - Entrance: closet with wardrobe, iron and mini ironing board, bench with shoe storage. By staying at Chamo'nid you have access to all the common areas of the Luxury residence, namely: - Wellness area: heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym and climbing (block), - Lounge area (TV, pool table, foosball table, fireplace, reading area) and indoor playroom for children. - An outdoor playground is also available for younger children, - Laundry area: washer and dryer. Other things to note - Indoor parking for one car, large individual ski locker with boot dryer and bike garage. - Wi-Fi in common areas. - You can also relax on the large terrace of the residence with stunning views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding lake. I will welcome you on site when possible. If you arrive outside the scheduled times (5pm - 9pm), a secure lockbox with code is located outside the apartment (code will be provided prior to arrival if necessary). The Wellness area is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and accessible with a magnetic card that is available in the apartment. Bed and bath linens are included in the price of your stay. Pets not allowed and non-smoking apartment. Stag and hen parties and other parties are prohibited. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the accommodation fee.
