An ideal holiday for guests who enjoy the silence only broken by nature's sounds (birds, hares, foxes, sometimes wild boars...): the cottages are located in a 8000mq plot of land enclosed by dry stone walls, a vast flower garden and olive trees surrounded by suggestive granite rocks typical of Gallura. The main cottage (A), about 80 mq, is composed by 1 bedroom, a spacious bathroom, a fully-furbished kitchen and a cozy living room equipped with a sofa-bed (2 twins or 1 double bed). Outdoor, a wide courtyard and a patio function as connection between the cottages and make it totally comfortable to have lunch/dinner outside, relax in the shadow or enjoy the night sky. Elegantly furbished, the cottage comes equipped with washing machine, dish washer, oven. The heating/refreshing system by underfloor panels and the natural ventilation due to wide windows guarantee a great thermal balance in summer as well as in winter. Bed linen, towels, tablecloths and other basics are provided. The small cottage (B) is a DEPENDANCE of about 40mq composed by a bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room with sofa-bed (single) and a kitchenette. There is an outside shower, too. The third building (C) is currently used as a store. The whole complex is ENERGY SUSTAINABLE and autonomous thanks to renewable sources: water comes from rain recycling and from a well, while solar panels provide electricity. ACTIVITIES IN THE SORRUOUNDING AREA: this estate is a real uncontaminated shelter out of time, but it's located in a perfect central location to visit the most charming Sardinia's attractions within a day's time, from the beaches of La Maddalena Archipelago to the granite rocks of Capo Testa or Bonifacio's “fiordo bianco". Several sports can be practiced: in Porto Pollo ( 7 Km) you can font the best spots for WINDSURF/kitesurf; at Bocche di Bonificatio you can enjoy sailing and diving in incredibly blue waters. But the location is perfect also for horse-riding, golf and MOUNTAIN BIKE into the uncontaminated paths of the hinterland. Cultural activities as visits to "Nuraghe" and "Tombe dei Giganti" in Arzachena's archaeological sites or the "Musica sulle Bocche" jazz festival in Santa Teresa are not to be missed.
