Situated minutes from beaches, shops, restaurants, the Turner Contemporary & Winter Garden. The apartment has its own entrance and rear courtyard with enclosed dining space. The accommodation comprises 1 king-size bed in bedroom 1. 2 single beds in bedroom 2 and a sofa-bed in the living room. There is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room, a modern bathroom and a cloakroom. The space Relax and unwind in this recently renovated, beautifully designed tranquil space that feels much bigger with its high ceilings and very well thought out rooms. Original art work, textiles, antiques and 20th century furniture adorn the property . Attention to detail is key . There is a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with all the amenities you could want including a boiling water tap. A small private terrace on the back of the property with a alfresco dining area. The shower and rest room are finished to a very high standard including underfloor heating and a walk in shower. The Main bedroom has a kingsize bed with beautiful pressed laundry for a relaxing sleep. Bedroom 2 has twin beds also with pressed laundry that can easily made into a double. You get the feel you are staying in a large boutique hotel suite. Guest access Our street is wide enough to double park and safely unload your luggage before finding a place to park. Most of the surrounding streets are free to park and that also includes our street. The apartment has its own entrance and is entered via the basement gate. A key safe is near the front door . Inside there’s a comprehensive house manual incase of queries . Also our co hosts are always on hand near by if there is a question or a problem arises. Other things to note We have a detailed house manual with details of the property Note- we hope everything is satisfactory on arrival any issues need to be communicated through the Airbnb portal straight away and we e can try our best to rectify the issue immediately Please be aware that our strict cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of the reason for your cancellation. If you are unable to attend and we secure another booking in your place, we will refund the cancellation fee, minus any applicable Airbnb charges.
