Apartment C is 3 km from Noja beach, 4 km from Isla beach, 8 km from Santoña, 26 km from Laredo and 40 km from Santander. The complex has a total of 4 apartments and the common areas are shared with those 3 apartments. I live with my family in one of the apartments, so I am available for any questions or problems. The space Apartment C, consisting of a living room-kitchen, a room with 2 beds of 80 with a private bathroom, another room with two beds of 1.35 and a private bathroom. It also has a private garden with a pergola, apart from the community one. The apartments have separate entrances from the street and are all on the ground floor. All guests have access to the indoor pool, barbecue, free private parking, community garden, children's area (swings, goal, mat, zip line). A rural setting close to the beach. Parking available (one car per apartment). Please let us know if you are bringing more than one vehicle. ------ VISITS OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT RESERVATION ARE PROHIBITED. THERE CAN ONLY BE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE AGREED FROM THE FIRST MOMENT IN THE APARTMENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT GUESTS IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF THIS STANDARD. Guest access CLARIFICATIONS -The pool, even if it is covered, is not heated. -All apartments have sheets and towels. One set of towels is available for each guest. Infants under 1 year old do not count as guests. (Babies enter the apartment the apartment) -We do not replace toilet paper -We DO NOT make available to customers: -Oil, salt, pepper... -Charcoal or briquettes for the barbecue -Shampoo and soap to wash. Only hand soap is available and mistol to scrub the pot -Tap water is potable -On the premises of the accommodation, there is a private parking area and free outdoor parking. -When it is not high season (Easter/Summer) it is not available all outdoor furniture in the community garden.
