This beautiful apartment has been completely renovated in 2017, fully equipped with A/C, Wifi, and all the comfort for wonderful vacations. With a modern and cozy style, this apartment can welcome up to 4 people. The space This beautiful loft is very pleasant, bright, very well equipped and perfect for 4 people. The location is very central so that you can reach every important part of Nice very quickly and easily (Old Town, Place Massena, Place Garibaldi and the Beaches! ). Everything has been renovated in March 2017. The entire apartment will be available for you, with a kitchen fully equipped, dish-washer, washing machine, A/C, wifi, 2 double beds (one in a double bedroom, one on the nice mezzanine upstairs). Furnitures have been replaced beginning of 2017 for you to have a very comfortable and pleasant stay in this beautiful place. There is a little courtyard between the street and the entrance of the buiding, that offers a very quiet and private area, you will be in a peaceful place, in the heart of Nice ! But as soon as you will get out of the courtyard, you will discover many nice streets with beautiful shops, pedestrian area with many restaurants, bars, pubs, place Massena (with Galeries Lafayettes) 5min walk, Av. Jean Médecin (shopping Center Nice Etoile), and in 10min walk you will be on the beaches of the Old Town and the Port. The tram and buses are within easy reach too The stop of the shuttle Nice center - Airport is 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Two large car parking nearby.
