We are offering our guests a bright, modern, large room and their own bathroom with a shower, sink & WC. WiFi, digital TV, hairdryer & towels are all included. There are two double beds in the room which will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. The price shown is for 2 guests, extra charge for third person applies. Continental Breakfast is served up to 9am. East Croydon train station offers fast connections to Gatwick Airport, West End, Central London, the City and the south Coast. The space We love to make our guests to feel welcome! The bedroom is large with 2 double beds. At the back of the house is a long garden and a further open green space. Large patio with garden furniture can be used by our guests. Own bathroom with a shower cubicle, basin and a WC is immediately next to the bedroom. Our house is in a quiet tree lined road with an easy access to buses, trams and fast trains from East Croydon Station to London Victoria (18mins), London Bridge (20mins), St,Pancras International (30mins) , Gatwick(25mins) and Luton Airport (55mins) to name just a few. Unlimited all day travel around London costs about £14/day (adult) , great value! There are number of take away places within 5 mins walking distance, local Tesco supermarket and a great British pub The Cricketers. Guest access Our guests will have an access to the Dining room where the breakfast will be served until 9am. The accomodation (including the bathroom and WC for their sole use) are on the second floor (25 steps up) and there are no other rooms on this floor. During your stay We shall be happy to help our guests with any questions regarding travel around London, restaurants info, travel to the Airports etc. Other things to note Please note that our house has a Fire Alarm , Fire extinguisher and also a Carbon Monoxide Alarm.
