Traditional house (1717) renovated in old character farmhouse, in the center of the peninsula, close to many beaches, ports and nautical center (Morgat), all shops and services, large area less than1 km away, living area 105 m², (living room 30 m², kitchen 25 m²), 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets. Private garden, no road crossing, quiet assured. Beyond 5 people: provide €15/additional person/ night. The space House of character surrounded by meadows and fields, space, great calm, a corner of the world at the same time close to everything! *** Ground floor: - living room (30 m²) with TV - kitchen (25 m²) with: 4 glass-ceramic burners, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave, toaster, etc.) - bathroom with shower: washing machine, hairdryer - Separate WC Floor: - 3 independent bedrooms (1 large couple bedroom + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds + 1 smaller bedroom with couple bed) - small bathroom with sink and toilet Other amenities: Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, baby bed, high chair, children's bathtub and baby playpen Private garden area: garden furniture, barbecue. Parking for cars and possibly a boat, shelter for boards, bicycles, etc. Large store nearby (less than a kilometer), all shops and services in the village of Crozon: doctors, pharmacies, etc... and market in the morning. The cottage is located 800 m from the greenway or Véloroute (V6), and 2 km from the GR34. Activities: - hiking, horseback riding, cycling, mountain biking. - surfing, windsurfing, sailing, kitesurfing, diving, sea kayaking, sand yachting, fishing, tennis, climbing, paragliding, hang gliding, etc. - Breton dance and music, fest-noz, fest-deiz - bike rental (mountain bikes, hybrid bikes) within 1 km - possibility of renting a 3 m mooring buoy at the port of Morgat From mid-July to the end of August, rental from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of two weeks. Other things to note Possibility to store sports equipment (surf, windsurf, bicycles, etc.) in an adjoining barn. Sheets on request and with participation (15 euros double bed, 10 euros single bed.) Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on the season.
