Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels. The space Amenities: 23-liter microwave-grill, top fridge, 2 hotplates, electric kettle, electric and piston coffee maker, small barbecue, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, TV, DVD player, radio.
