Prestigious accommodation in a distinctive residential complex among the green hills of Lunigiana, framed by the Apuan Alps. Featuring enchanting outdoor spaces and a communal swimming pool (open from June to October). Our apartment is synonymous with relaxation and is located 30 km from the sea (extra excursions by private yacht) and 8 km from Aulla. The space Elegant accommodation on three levels with two separate entrances. Ground floor with living room and well-equipped kitchenette, fireplace, sofa, access to the private garden. First floor with a double bedroom, private bathroom and a small terrace with a view. Second floor with a double bedroom + a third bed with a private bathroom (both with a shower). A few steps from the complex, there is a large communal swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and shaded areas. Guest access Guests have access not only to the indoor areas but also to the outdoor communal areas, including the equipped swimming pool (open from June to October). Other things to note At the Borgo, there is a restaurant that we own, serving typical local cuisine. It is open on weekends and also offers home delivery for guests staying at the accommodation. There is a surveillance camera system in the village. We also manage another apartment with Airbnb in Borgo di Vaccareccia, "Appartamento Bianca". If this apartment is not available, you can search there. The minimum booking period is 5 nights, but it may vary, especially on the days that are free between bookings.
