Prestigious accommodation in a characteristic residential complex among the green hills of Lunigiana, framed by the Apuan Alps. Featuring charming outdoor spaces and a condominium pool (open from June to October). Our apartment is synonymous with Relaxation and is 30 km from the sea (extra excursions by private yacht) and 8 km from Aulla. The space Elegant accommodation on three levels with two independent entrances. Ground floor with living room and well-equipped kitchenette, fireplace, sofa, access to the private garden. First floor with double bedroom, private bathroom and terrace with a view. Second floor with double room + third bed with private bathroom (both with shower). A few steps from the complex is a large condominium swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and shaded areas. Guest access Guests have access not only to the indoor spaces but also to the outdoor condominium spaces, including the equipped swimming pool (open from June to October). Other things to note At the Borgo there is a restaurant with typical local cuisine of our property open on weekends and that for the guests of the accommodations also deliver at home. There is a security camera system in the village. We also manage another apartment with Airbnb in the village of Vaccareccia, "Appartamento Bianca"; if there is no availability in this apartment, you can look there. The minimum booking period is 5 nights, but it can vary, especially on the free days between bookings.
