Conveniently located near to the bus station, it’s a fabulous base to explore Torbay and South Devon. The characterful cottage has a well equipped, open plan kitchen and living room featuring a woodburning stove which creates a warm and homely retreat. A sunny porch with french doors leads to a patio with views over the town. The space On entering the front door, you step into a light open plan living room with a small kitchen. A comfy sofa and chair face the TV and DVD and wood burning stove. The woodburner, along with separate electric heaters, make the whole house very warm in winter. French windows lead from here to a sunny porch with a dining area. Three steps lead to a pretty patio with a seat and garden pots. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a recessed single cabin bed, large enough for one adult. The bathroom has a bath with a shower above and the water is heated by an electric immersion heater. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is Key safe access to the property. Parking is either on street, a few minutes walk away, or in the nearby car park where charges apply.
