Large 90 m2 independent suite in nature

In a renovated old farmhouse surrounded by trees and greenery, you will find a charming bedroom furnished with a queen size bed (quality bedding), its small independent bathroom as well as a relaxation area and kitchenette in a large and bright 75 m2 glass-walled space. Access is independent. You are completely autonomous. When the sunny days arrive, you can dive into the pool while enjoying the panoramic view of the Vercors. The space The suite with a warm and cocooning style (consisting of its bedroom and independent bathroom) is located on the 1st floor of the glass-roofed building. Linens and hand towels provided. The large glass roof, with an area of 75 m2 with its high ceiling of 6 meters high, totally privatized, offers you a relaxation area accompanied by a small kitchenette corner. This space is unheated (option €30/night extra to have this 420 m3 glass roof heated, not included in the initial price). Option to request at least 24 hours in advance to fully benefit from the heat in this very large room. In the glass-walled room, you'll find the essentials to eat: electric stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, small fridge with free access, cooking utensils, dishwashing liquid (dishes are washed and stored by tenants). A large table will allow you to enjoy tasty meals. This place is reserved for you, we have our own kitchen and dining room in another part of the house. When the good weather arrives (from May), you will find outside a beautiful space with a nice wooden table just for you ;-). For those who wish to extend their experience in this natural setting, sound treatments are offered in a yurt on site. The rate is €60/90 min per person. Bookings are made directly with Emma We provide plaids, extra duvets and a fan. From October to April, we provide a small additional heater in the bedroom and bathroom (included in the price). The rest of the accommodation remains unheated (option €30/night extra to have the glass roof heated, not included in the initial price). The accommodation has WiFi internet but no television. Check-ins to the accommodation are between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and checkouts are before 11 a.m. The swimming pool (from May to October depending on weather conditions) is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is not privatized. Pool towel not provided. During your stay, you can visit typical places (Chevrières and its magnificent viewpoint, Chatte with its railway garden, the splendid Abbey of Chambarand and its natural park, Saint Antoine l'abbaye, Pont en Royans and its suspended houses, the Sône with its castle and its famous steamboat, the Chapel in Vercors, the Choranche caves...) and discover the culinary specialties of the region (the artisanal ravioli of the Rambert house, the Saint Marcellin cheese, the pogne, the famous walnut pie...). For nature lovers, the surroundings offer many hikes, mountain bike circuits, fishing spots, lakes (Lake Roybon and Lake Marandan), caves (Choranche caves), climbing routes such as the famous cliffs of Presles 30 min away... Guest access Access to the suite is via the large glass roof and is completely independent of the hosts' home (secure, lockable entrance). The outdoor areas (garden, swimming pool...) are open access, shared with the hosts.
