Accommodation comprises of; Large, spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Two super king/ twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Two twin rooms. Large bathroom with disabled friendly shower Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Garage/ games room. It is in a peaceful quiet location but so close to many attractions and cities. No need to worry about how much noise you or the children are making as it sits by itself. Guest access You have the whole house with dvds board games and books, garden, play area, in the garage there is a pool table, football table and air hockey there are also a few bikes of various sizes all for your sole use. Other things to note Pets welcome £20 charge per dog. Bramble Brae is excellent for dogs with miles of off road walks right from the door step. You must be happy to adhere to our rules. No pets on the furniture or in the bedrooms (unless you bring your own bedding ). No pee's or pooh's in the garden. There is plenty space just out the garden. No dogs to be left unattended, except for short spells in the garage.
