The space All rooms are assigned and charged by us according to the number of people. You can choose the room for 5-6 people and the vintage motorhome. When furnishing the rooms, we pay attention to natural materials: floors + furniture made of solid wood, walls/ceiling painted with organic mineral paint. If the calendar indicates occupied (e.g. when a room is occupied), you should still inquire (Internet) - there are usually several rooms available, and guests may not be able to come at short notice. Heating season: 10/01 - 04/30 Also long-term rentals over at least 6 months are possible. Prices/month incl. utilities: Room for 1 person: € 496, 2 people: € 696, 3 people: € 878, 4 people: € 1061, 5-6 people: € 1427. The month is counted from the date of occupancy. Security deposit: 3 months' rent. Bed linen, towels, room cleaning are provided by the tenant. Guest access Common areas, courtyard, garden, rooms 1 and 2: terrace, rooms 6 and 7: balcony. Parking next to the access road to the gate entrance. During your stay In the house there is a large information shelf about events for guests/tourists. On request, we can advise you on your visits/activities. Guided nature and culture hikes (Saturday + Sunday) with a supporting program from May to October. Torch hike to the summer and winter solstice on June 21/22 and/22.12. Minimum number of participants: 4 people, registration required, prices on request. Other things to note From May to October, we offer a BNE seminar with 5 jointly prepared organic meals, including 4 x raw food meals and 1 dinner, drinks, small wine tasting, information, film(s) and 2 guided hikes through the lower Ruwertal valley, in the even weeks from Saturday 9 am - Sunday 7 pm. Prices/person: €49 from min. 4 people, €52 for 3 people, €59 for 2 people, €79 for 1 person. Accommodation in the guest house and especially inexpensive in the hammock/tent you bring in the small private forest at the guest house.
