Quaint cottage in Dartmoor National Park

Based in the quaint hilltop village of Hennock, near Bovey Tracey, the cottages are full of all the character you might expect of a building over 500 years old, including wonky floors, multiple levels and quirky original features. Luxuriously renovated in 2021, they are cosy and warm, have superfast wifi throughout, smart TV’s in every room, including every bedroom, and are a stone’s throw from the friendly village pub, with real ales and great home-cooked pub food. The space This cosy cottage has one double bedroom with king sized bed, one bathroom, (with bath and shower) and a living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed in the sitting area. There is also a washer/dryer, superfast broadband throughout, and smarts TV’s in both the living room and the bedroom. It's equipped with all the cozy comforts to keep you warm after a day walking on the moors, or exploring the chocolate box villages including dressing gowns, hotwater bottles and central heating. There are a couple of shallow steps into the flat, but it is primarily a ground floor cottage. The cottages can be booked in conjunction with each other creating a sleeping space of up to 19 people. Guest access There is a shared outside area with outdoor seating and BBQ. We are about 150 yards from the friendliest pub in Dartmoor, which serves real local ales, as well as inviting all our guests to the weekly quiz night and weekly meat draw.
