This home is a short walk to the train station which is 6 mins to Troon and 45 mins to the centre of Glasgow This fabulous bright and spacious home is a short walk from the airport, train station, beach, the world famous Prestwick golf club and all local amenities, including a wide array of excellent restaurants and bars. French doors open onto a private back garden which has two decking areas, both with garden furniture and BBQ. The home has recently been renovated to a high standard. The space If you are seeking an exceptionally peaceful and relaxing environment to stay with an easy walk to the beach and for dinner and drinks, this is an ideal choice for you. The home has a bright, spacious dining kitchen, a very spacious double bedroom downstairs with a bathroom which has a bath and shower. The lounge is a relaxing space with a large corner sofa and recliner chair. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms, one large double room with ensuite shower room and another room with single bed and sofa bed. There is access to an xbox and monitor within this bedroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have velux windows allowing for much light and good views. There is space for parking within the driveway. We request that you keep the gates closed to the driveway after your stay. Also there are two gates to the garden which we also ask you to keep closed during your stay. Guest access Guest access is through the back door via the owner or the key lock. Other things to note This property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
