Solid wooden beds and ladders, kitchenette, fridge, 2-burner induction stove, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, 3 rooms, all of which also have a door to the terrace and can thus be used separately. Screens on windows and sun loungers and patio furniture. Next door there is a sanitary facility with 8 showers and toilets, which can be shared. Our Alkyona Beach holiday village with 38,000 square meters with 300 meters of sandy beach, meadow, orchard offers another 8 individual holiday accommodations. Dogs, cats and donkeys live on the premises, all of which are very sweet and in need of affection. There is a beach bistro and sun loungers and shaded areas for all guests. If you wish, you can book breakfast and dinner together. There are bicycles, boats, paddle board for rent. Table tennis, balls, goals, slackline, board games, sand toys, handcarts, it doesn't get boring here! Guest access The property is located directly on the sandy beach. There are changing rooms on the beach, beach chairs, shower house with toilets and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom in the outdoor area. The washing machine can be used (€3). A small beach bistro offers regional, freshly prepared delicacies. You can enjoy the day with an award-winning wine from the Olympus Wine Route! Other things to note Breakfast or half board is available on request for 4 or more people. Access to the sea is also possible for wheelchair users. We offer kayaks and a four-person canoe for free use. We are open year-round. The heat pump can cool the house in summer and heat it in winter. The complex, as well as some of our houses are accessible. In addition, the path to the sandy beach is accessible and we offer further aids on request. We have guests of Villa Sevasti who use our handicapped-accessible beach during the day. Lovely dogs, cats and donkeys live on our premises. It is not fenced due to the direct beach location.
