We have divided the house into 7 apartments and this apartment is on the lower ground floor, however there is plenty of natural light due to the design of the house. As the house was constructed in the late 1800s it was not built of concrete and so there is more noise transfer than in a newly constructed property - but we have added 21st century measures to minimise the transference of noise and we ask all guests to be aware of this. Guest access We have 7 apartments at 3 Warkworth St - each apartment and studio is independent - the only shared areas are the hall/stairs and the laundry room Other things to note We are located in the very centre of Cambridge and are in a restricted parking zone. We have two off road, free parking spots that I can reserve on a first come, first served basis but I am afraid that I cannot offer parking after these are taken. There is fee paid parking available close by at Queen Anne Terrace car park CB1 1ND, Adam & Eve Street CB1 1DX and Grafton East car park East Road CB1 1PS. You can also park for free on the single yellow line on the neighbouring streets from 5pm till 9am for free.
