House near West Coast waterfront

This is a charming small house, built in 1935 and under carefully renovation. If you’re looking for a modern and luxury house this is NOT the house for you. But it is a cosy and charming old style house. Very child friendly and suitable for families. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs you'll find the cosy livingroom and the kitchen equipped with basic facilities. There are 6 beds upstairs. In just a few minutes walk you'll be at the waterfront able to take a swim. The space The house is part of the Govik's farm. These days with no animals and big properties. It is approximately 65 square meters. Built in 1935 and contains 3 rooms and one kitchen. On the first floor you'll find the kitchen with all basic equipments (no dishwasher though) and a long table with bench which gives plenty of room. The room next to the kitchen is the living room. There is lots of space for playing games or play with the children. The entrance is rather small so it is best to put coats and shoes in the space under the stairs. This is also were you'll find the washer and the cleaning equipment. Upstairs is the bathroom, with WC and shower, and the two bedrooms. One room with a queen sized dubble bed and the other room with a king sized dubble bed and a bunk bed. Guest access You will have acess to the small house and the garden. There are furnitures at the porch, which is almost done. It is still under construction but it is possible to use it. You will also have space to park your car.
