Eversfield Safari Tent Holidays offer the ultimate nature staycation, right in the heart of the Devon countryside. In the middle of our organic working farm nestled on the edge of a private lake. Sleeping 6, our dog-friendly accommodation means you and your furry friend can explore all the local walks, from picturesque South West beaches to evening strolls across Dartmoor. The raised deck tents boasts a fully equipped bathroom and wood burners for hot water, cooking and heating. The space Each of our luxury glamping tents offer a double bedroom, a fun double bed “shed” with accompanying den, a single bed and a pull out single bed. We’re more than happy to also provide a travel cot, (but remember to bring your own mattress and linen) for any little ones staying with us – please just ask. On your first night with us, we will provide professionally cleaned and pressed linen and towels. When dinner time calls, there is a dining table with 6 seats and a comfy sofa for relaxing after a day of activities. On the veranda overlooking the lake there is also an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. Like any true nature holiday, the main source of heating and cooking is the central wood burner. But you don’t have to worry about actually having to collect any wood as we’ll provide you with recycled fire lighters, a bag of kindling and one bag of logs for each night of your stay. Each tent has a separate shower and toilet to accommodate for the whole family and of course, the shower room also includes a wood fired water heater. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to whip up a yummy meal including crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. There is also a small fridge to keep all your goodies chilled and an electric kettle tucked in the cupboard in case you can’t wait for the wood burner to heat up for your morning cuppa. At the front door we have a charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining and grilling up a treat. In the communal sheds there is a freezer and a phone charging box, should you need them. Bins and recycling facilities are available, so please help us to help the environment by recycling where possible and putting litter in the bins. Other things to note Please note minimum 7 night stay during peak season.
