You are welcome to use the entire house, but please refrain from entering our neighbors’ property. Other things to note ※Anti-the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCOV) protection installed. 1) Perfect cleaning of linens such as bed covers and bath towels. 2) Alcohol disinfection of applicable parts (light switches and doorknobs) that people often touch. 3) Windows at every room and every direction. Ventilating the rooms at every cleaning process. 4) Setting a hand sanitizer (sodium hypochlorite solution.) 5) Setting a clinical thermometer. 6) Temporarily replacing plates and cups to paper disposable ones. 7) Alcohol disinfection of toilets and shower rooms  House Rules - No shoes in the house (take off your shoes at the entrance) - NO SMOKING inside the building including balcony, corridor and stairs (allowed only at the designated space) - NO SUITCASES at the TATAMI in the living room - Take a good care of the space and furniture (Will be charged for the loss or damage if there is any) - No pet nor any illegal substances allowed inside - Keep your volume down especially during night time (23:00 ~ 7:00) - Put the used toilet paper INSIDE the toilet tub and flush after use - TURN OFF all electricity/water when you leave the room - Put everything in it's original place when you check out - No entry into the private areas where are locked by the keys - Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL at the balcony. If you are companies with small kids, do not leave your eyes off on them. - No use of lighter and fires in the building  Suitcase Please take your best care from retraining making big noise from your suitcase on the way to the house, especially during nighttime and early morning.
