Cozy apartment in Kettwig

In a picturesque half-timbered house in the south of Essen, we have an apartment for rent on the ground floor. It consists of two and a half rooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 15 minutes' walk to the Ruhr, 5 minutes' walk to the bus. There is now Wi-Fi via our fiber optic connection. The space Very quiet residential area in a picturesque old half-timbered house. The kitchen is well equipped. You can cook to your heart's content. An iron and ironing board are available. We can provide a children's travel bed and high chair. The double bed is 1.40 wide. So if a toddler wants to sleep in it, it will be veeery tight. For this we offer you a travel bed or an additional mattress. For very large or heavy guests, the bed creaks a little. Attention!!! The Superhost status describes how important it is to us that our guests feel comfortable, a small home in a foreign place. It does NOT mean that a 5-star luxury accommodation is waiting for you in the apartment. We live in a centuries-old half-timbered house with corners and edges and everything that goes with it. Cozy, warm, a bit like a hobbit cave. NOT perfect! Please keep this in mind when booking and ask any questions I'm always happy to answer! Guest access They use a separate, dedicated area.
