Pretty cottage with private garden

Attractive character cottage, two upstairs bedrooms with ensuites, open plan living area with modern amenities and a private garden with wonderful views of the Dordogne countryside. Ideally suited for families or couples looking for a french getaway. The space The cottage stands in its own private garden with terrace offering wonderful views across the valley. On the ground floor the spacious living room has French Doors onto the terrace. There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and four burner gas hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and filter coffee maker. A pine open tread staircase leads to a landing off which are two bedrooms, main double room with bath and separate shower ensuite. The second room is a twin with ensuite shower room. The cottage is well equipped with good quality modern fittings and utensils. The price includes all utilities, including heating during the winter months, bed linen, tea towels, bath towels and pool towels. We provide Wifi access but are not liable should there be any loss or interruption to the Internet service. There is a CD player, DVD player and a 32" TV with Netflix, UK Freesat and French channels. There is a selection of DVDs, books and games. The terrace has a built in BBQ, deck chairs, and table and chairs. The pool is open mid May to mid September depending on the weather. It is totally private, behind a wall, in the owners garden, and is for the sole use of the guests, not shared. Sun loungers with cushions, umbrella, table and chairs are provided. We do request no dogs are taken into the enclosed pool area. We can provide, at no extra cost, high chair, stair gates and travel cot should they be required. Please let us know. Guest access We request arrival after 2:00 p.m. departure by 10:00 a.m. Pool, located in the owners garden (accessed via a gate next to the cottage) fully enclosed, totally private, for the use of the gite guests only, 8 x 4m, available to guests from mid May to mid September weather permitting. Sun loungers with cushions, umbrella, table and chairs, and pool towels are provided. We request, fir hygiene reasons, no dogs be taken into the enclosed pool area. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee but would kindly request guests to clear away their dishes and have a general tidy before departure. Thank you.
