Tenuta il Sogno - Italian - Dream home with pool

Fully furbished and newly refurbished house by 01th of March 2025 (and 2018). Beautiful pool 10 m. x 4 m. in the garden and all things necessary to enjoy the holiday. The space Approx. 0,75 hectar vineyard consisting of Barbera grape, Nebbiolo grape and Freisa. Some are up to 90 year old stocks. The vineyard is beautifully surrounded by vineyards on all sides, and within walking distance of the pleasant little village of San Marzano Oliveto. Tenuta il Sogno was established in 2002, but the vineyards have followed the farm for centuries. The majority of vineyards are from 1975. Our oldest vineyard is from 1928 and stock still wonderful grapes that go into our very best wine, Bricco Soria. We have a total of 7455 m2 of vineyard divided between the grapes barbera, nebbiolo and freisa, and from these we produce 5.000 bottles of wine a year.
