The Boat House Guesthouse is a beautiful large white detached house on the main street in the centre of the lovely Village of Boat of Garten. We are a family run guesthouse near Aviemore and situated within the Cairngorm National Park. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A GUEST HOUSE AND AS SUCH OTHER GUESTS MAY BE STAYING IN OTHERS ROOMS. The space The Boathouse Guesthouse, Double 4 Room is a Double Bedroom with ensuite shower room, which can sleep 2 people. The Boat House Guesthouse is comprised of 6 bedrooms. 1 Double Bedroom with ensuite shower room, which can sleep 2 people. 1 Double Four Poster Bedroom with ensuite shower room, this room can sleep up to 3 people, 2 people in the double four poster bed and a third person on an extra bed, ideal for a small family with a child. Family/Twin Bedroom with ensuite shower room, which can sleep up to 4 people, all single beds. Family/Twin Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which can sleep up to 5 people, all single beds, this room is located on the ground floor, ideal for people who aren't so good with stairs. There are 2 Double Bedrooms which share the same shower room, both rooms sleep up to 2 people, these rooms are also on the ground floor. A cot can be put in both Family/Twin Bedrooms , the Four Poster Bedroom and the 2 Double Bedrooms which share a shower room.
