You have a shared large dining kitchen, shared only with other guests (another 3 rooms), laundry area, large comfy chill out area/TV. There are shared shower/toilets all close to bedrooms (1 level up). We have the yoga studio on the top floor which you are welcome to join in with classes. Val's mat based classes are free and Aerial Yoga, Workshops you get 20% discount. You will enjoy staying here, there's a nice warm happy feeling in the building, it's a special place. It is our home, it’s not a hotel and should not be treated as such. Guest access You have your own private access, shared only with the studio. We will meet you with your keys on arrival. During your stay If you need anything during your stay we are here to help. We provide fresh milk, freshly baked bread, muesli, tea's/coffee in the kitchen on arrival. However if your arriving late we can always get some food in for you. The area you are in is completely private from us, however we're there if you need us. You'll have our mobiles. Everything is close by here, it's a wonderful location. Other things to note We have a car park outside, however you are so close to everything here. The tube is only a 10min walk away, bus stop outside and train station 5min walk. There are Restaurants, Cafe's, Ice-cream Parlours, Peckhams Deli all within a few minutes walk. We have the tennis club around the corner, an old fashioned cinema with huge comfy chairs, old fashioned gorgeous swimming baths. We are a short walk to Glasgow's botanical gardens, you are also close to the art gallery/Kelvingrove band stand/Glasgow university and a 5min taxi drive to the Hydro/SECC for concerts/exhibitions.
