This luxurious apartment of 125 sqm is located in front row position opposite the beach. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room which has a satellite smart TV (with access to Netflix, satellite and Nova cinema channels) ,3 bedrooms with wooden floors and 3 bathrooms. It was recently furbished and renovated.Every room has an air conditioning unit and a view towards the sea. The space Οur apartment consists of a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, nespresso machine, sandwich toaster). We also provide salt, pepper, olive oil,honey,coffee tablets, tea, milk. The living room has a fireplace, a stereo, a smart TV with access to Netflix and a variety of satellite and novacinema channels. It also has three bedrooms: 1)the mauve one with a queen size double bed, a smart TV and its own private bathroom 2)the rose one with a queen size double bed, a design mirror and decorational elements. 3)the sky blue one, that has two single beds, that can be converted to a double queen size bed when a thin mattress is added. It also has its private bathroom . Inside, there is a washing machine as well. Every room has an air conditioning unit and is elegantly decorated. All of the furniture is modern and brand new. Linens and towels that are provided,along with towels for the beach. Finally,there are three balconies with sea and garden view. Guest access The visitors can use all of the apartment, along with its balconies and the small garden in front.
