An intimate double room with a private bathroom and entrance facing our orchard. This delightful room also has a comfortable private outdoor sitting area that can be enjoyed especially on warm summer evenings to relax amidst the sounds of nature. The room is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a safe, a desk, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, air conditioning, a hairdryer and a set of towels for two people. The space Antica Villa Colonica is a wonderful slice of paradise nestled in the greenery of a pine forest on the Sorso coast. A unique place, ideal for escaping from the daily routine and relaxing under the trees that surround our rooms, listening to the sounds of nature. There is also a swimming pool with whirlpool and an area for sunbathing. Located on SP 81 at the junction for Arboriamar and 300 meters from the sea, Antica Villa Colonica awaits you, tucked away, to accommodate you in total relaxation. To welcome you to our facility, there are 6 accommodations, intimate and special, each with its own unique features. The glass doors of each room gently allow light to enter undisturbed and illuminate the entire environment; the thick curtains allow you to move freely in your own privacy. Each room has its own bathroom, closet, desk, air conditioning, hairdryer and a soft set of towels and soaps for two people, which will gently envelop and accompany your stay. The rooms are also equipped with an outdoor sitting area which, compared to the reference room, will be in front of the pool or a beautiful and flowery garden. Unique with two possibilities for outdoor relaxation is our Junior Suite (with two entrances and therefore two sitting areas). Our King Suite, on the other hand, has a private veranda, which overlooks our small artificial pond. The property offers our guests an indoor common room with some tables and a relaxation area. Our breakfast can be served poolside or in the common room, all accompanied by soft music to allow you to fully enjoy every moment with us. During your stay Our staff will be at your complete disposal for any requests and clarifications. We will do our best to meet your every need and pamper you during your stay. We are also available to recommend beaches, excursions, food and wine tours and suggest places of religious and cultural interest for which Sardinia holds a world record. Other things to note The room can accommodate a maximum of 1 child under 3 years of age at a cost of €25 per night. The presence of the child must be reported by message before arrival.
