Beautiful granny apartment in the attic (2nd floor)

Quiet idyllic residential area in the district of Augsburg with good transport links to Munich and Augsburg city. Privacy through separate living area. Magnificent view to the south to the Alps (with good visibility :-) possible. The space Our accommodation is family-friendly and consists of two consecutive rooms, each with a 1.40 m bed for 1-2 people with four chairs. A baby crib is available as needed. The first room is a passageway from which you can go to the stairs and bathroom, as well as a table (which can also be enlarged on request). In the second room, there is a kitchenette including a small dining table, 2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Linens, towels and dishes are included. There is also a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washer-dryer (€3 per wash load). A desk and Wi-Fi access can be used and is available in the first room. Guest access We also store things in the rooms, but we avoid using them when guests are booked there. Other things to note The in-law is separated from our premises due to a staircase. You are also welcome to bring your dog. If your favorite always hangs up with you and is not alone in the apartment or in the garden, then that's okay. The bed is also taboo for the four-legged friend. Since, from experience, the cleaning effort is greater after the visit of guests with a dog, we would like to ask you to pay a fee of €6 per night per dog plus €15.00 for extra cleaning (upon arrival). We live on the outskirts of the city, here you can walk with dogs. Even just a quick pee goes right behind the house on the meadow.
