The apartment is in 298 Electric Road, Fortress Hill, Hong Kong My place is close to restaurants and dining, public transport near MTR This is 6 rooms sharing apartment with living room, kitchen without window. window is actually facing the living room. The apartment has a lift !!! around 7-8 mins walk to MTR near bus stop - bed + Wardrobe + Desk with chair - Fully furnished The Utilities( electricity + water) is not included The space this is a share flat, so please bare with the living room space as flatmates are expats and may have some stuff around. During your stay when you check in, you will need to come to our office to sign a flatshare agreement. Other things to note Please note, there is a HK$1000 key deposit (Refundable) will be collected before move in and will sign a flatshare agreement with us at our office. Also, there will be a Hong Kong Stamp Duty Tax that need to pay to the government, is not alot, less than HK$80. Utilities( Electricity + Water) not included. Will be calculated pro-rated shared with other flatmates. Thank you
