Houseboat under the Eiffel Tower

Private studio at the bow of a charming "péniche" (38 m), full of comfort (private bathroom and private kitchen...) located in the heart of Paris at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, close to transports and shopping areas. The boat is on the water, but it remains docked at all times so guests enjoy a slice of nautical life. You will have access to a private terrasse on the upper deck, just under the Eiffel Tower where you can have romantic dinners, breakfast or BBQs ! We will be very pleased to welcome you on board and to exchange about how to enjoy the neighborhood in the Trocadero / Passy quartier, in the 15th district ( arrondissement ),only a few steps to the famous landmark "Eiffel Tour". Shops, restaurants, cafes and art galleries are just around the corner. Enjoy a nice walk in Trocadero garden or in Champs de Mars - Eiffel Tour park. There are 2 metro stations which are very close (100 m) to you ( RER Champs de Mars, M6 lines ), a lot bus line and Taxi under the Eiffel Tower In the Champs de Mars / Trocadero / Passy quartier, between the 15th and the 16th district/arrondissement,only a few steps to the famous landmark "Eiffel Tour".
