The nearest beach is a 30-minute walk away: that of Levante and Ponente, Blue Flag for many years. The space The apartment is in excellent condition, partly renovated, with ethnic furnishings, with a vaguely oriental flavor. It enjoys triple exposure and consists of a double bedroom with two windows, a living room with an open kitchen, newly renovated, an anteroom, a bathroom with a bathtub (with curtain) and a bedroom with a single bed from which you can access a comfortable loft area (h.180/190) with a French bed and a second en-suite bathroom with a masonry shower. Both bathrooms have a window. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The views are very airy and pleasant, overlooking the rooftops of the ancient city and the sea up to the Pontine Islands. The house is suitable for up to 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven, and small appliances. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Suitable for both friends and family. Guest access We are in a mid-nineteenth-century period building, with 4 apartments, we are on the top floor. This is a small condominium, and the access stairs are shared with 2 other condominiums. CHECK-IN is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is advisable to arrive before 8:00 p.m. as we are in the historic center, with a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) active from June 1 to September 30, from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. For arrivals after 8:30 p.m. and until 10:30 p.m., an extra €25.00 is required. For arrivals after 10:30 p.m., an extra €45.00 is required. CHECK-OUT must be done by 10:00 a.m. Other things to note The house is very well ventilated and does not require air conditioning. However, there are some fans. The heating is autonomous with a gas boiler. The windows do not have mosquito nets because we are in the upper part of the city and given the ventilation, mosquitoes do not like to pass through or stop here!
