The space The independent room "Marisé 2" is a modern, functional and comfortable space, ideal for short stays. It has a double bed and air conditioning, perfect for resting after a day of activities. It has a Tassimo coffee machine and a small refrigerator. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided. The private bathroom is modern, with a rain shower, excellent water pressure and towels included for your convenience. The room is on the second floor without an elevator, with direct access from the staircase. It also offers access to 100 m² of communal terraces on the fourth floor, ideal for sunbathing, reading or enjoying panoramic views of the village. Although we do not have a garage space, you can park for free on the same street. If you can't find a place, there is also free parking in the port area, just a 2 to 5 minute walk away. The accommodation is located in the heart of the village, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, laundry and other services just a two-minute walk away, so you have everything you need at your fingertips. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the two shared terraces on the fourth floor, which you can go up to enjoy the sun or the views of the village. These terraces are shared only with other guests in the building (another apartment and two single rooms). There are no neighbors living in the building.
