It is in this idyllic setting that awaits you a wonderful charming farmhouse in the heart of the Drôme that can accommodate up to 5 people. The space Once upon a time… a 17th century hamlet in Drôme, the Domaine Capoue de l 'Escoulin aux Maillets, nestled in the heart of 400 hectares where, far from prying eyes and a frenetic world, broom, lavender and pine trees merge joyfully against a background of azure. The Capoue de l 'Escoulin estate where the Mas is located is an ideal place to stay for a sunny and rejuvenating rural holiday or for hiking enthusiasts that, from the dawn, can conquer the Bec Pointu. The farmhouse, in Provencal style, consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with a single bed), and 2 shower rooms as well as 2 toilets. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped living room and kitchen, offering magnificent views of the private estate and its enchanting nature. The farmhouse is located in a large house comprising three independent country mas. A local breakfast will be offered during your stay at the Domaine. In an environment pristine to any nuisance, Domaine Capoue de l 'Escoulin offers more than 22 km of marked and private trails, which wind through fragrant land with wild thyme, rich in rare fauna and flora. Access to hikes is done directly from the cottage. A natural pool will be the delight of those who want to dip in the water or not swim! You will also find in different nooks and crannies of the estate, pleasant hammocks, sun loungers, tables and benches in order to read or rest in the middle of nature or simply picnic where you like. Cable internet connection is available from the main house. To connect to the internet you need to bring your computer. Free Wi-Fi is available every day from 9am to 12pm at the Beaufort sur Gervanne post office (15 min). Ayurvedic massages and other care are also available upon request. In addition to the many activities available on the estate, you'll be able to enjoy tennis, alfresco dining, and cultural activities on a regular basis during the summer. Guest access The use of the apartment is reserved for you in full. Other things to note According to local regulations, you will have to pay a tourist tax of €1 per day per person to be paid in cash upon arrival at the Domaine, except for minors under 18 years of age. This tax is remitted in full to local communities.
