The villa is set in a lovely private setting....lush green shrubs and trees sheild you from the outside world and is at the end of a private road so no passing traffic. The house is our home in the winter so is very well designed and equiped with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Outside there are lots of covered terraces so you can get out of the sun when you want to, and plenty of space to sunbathe. The space
The villa is well equipt and has ceiling fans in every room, as well as being very well insulated.
The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 ensuite and a twin with a bathroom opposite.
Downstairs there is a kitchen diner and lounge and a further bathroom, great for showering after a dip in the pool. There is also another area off the kitchen which has a laundry area and more cupboards.
There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Outside there are plenty of covered terraces and shady areas to get out of the heat. There is a 1.5 meter BBQ and a pizza oven so cooking can be a pleasure.
It is possible to get to the pool from the front door and avoid the steps if you have mobility problems. The kitchen has a microwave and there is a toaster and coffee machine. There are 2 fridges (one an american fridge freezer) and washing machine in the utility area off the kitchen. There are plenty of good quality pots, big enough to cater for the larger group.
All towels and linen are supplied, including beach/pool towels. A change of linen is done every 5 days. on stays of more than 1 week.A generous welcome pack awaits your arrival.

The house is set in approximately 4000sqm of land which is completely fenced off with an electric gate. Total privacy is what makes this place so special. You can walk the perimeter of the land, sit in the shady areas of bask in the sun. We stay on the adjoining land so are available should there be any problems or if you want any advice. Please note, we live next door during the summer and in the house in the winter....we have 3 cats and although they move next door in the summer with us, they do sometimes come and say hello to the guests. Other things to note With a downstairs bedroom and wet room our villa is great for anyone with mobility issues. The wet room has a shower chair and grab rails rated to 110kg each.
