Fayette Villa & Pool, Parcoul, Dordogne. 10-15pers

Fayette Villa & Pool is set in 3 acres of Private Grounds in the beautiful Dordogne Countryside, and is an ideal centre to visit the Major Bordeaux Vineyards. The 6 x 12 m Pool is heated and just 1km away is the pretty village of Parcoul, with its village shop, bar and restaurant, Tennis courts, Small Water Park and Canoeing . Within 15 minutes drive there are the pretty villages of Aubeterre and St Aulaye and the town of Chalais with its weekly market, Banks and Shops. The space As standard the booking is for 10 people - but there is an option to Open up an additional room with double bed for booking up to 15 people. The Villa is South facing overlooking the large heated pool and 3 acres of gardens.The grounds are full fenced and there are 5 bikes available for guest use. Guest access The Guests have full access to the Villas grounds and facilities - however the barn and tool sheds are out of bounds as they contain garden machinery. Other things to note We do have two well trained dogs and 4 chickens. The chickens have their own run, but normally would Free range unless guests ask that they remain in their pen. The Labrador is ten and the Springer Spaniel four and are well socialised with people. However we have our own garden in the cottage and they have no need to come in your space unless invited as we are surrounded by lovely walks and bike trails right from our door step.
