A Luxury En Suite near Goodwood & Chichester

Shadycombe House is a beautiful private home at the foot of the Downs. It has easy access to all Goodwood Sporting events, and the walks and pubs of the South Downs and Chichester Harbour. Maintained to a high standard you will be made to feel at home especially by Bettie our lovely cocker spaniel. Guests will have the private use of the main sitting/ dining room and can relax on our sunny patio. Included is a continental or Full english breakfast. We can also cater for dietary requirements. The space Guests will be made to feel welcome at all times and if for any reason John and I should not be around a key will be provided to access the main front door of the house. We care for the environment so try and avoid the use of single use plastics. Instead we provide fresh bottles of cold filtered water. Guest access Guests will be made to feel welcome. A bath can be provided by prior request. Use of the Garden and outdoor space will be available. For Friends wishing to stay at the same property we can provide a further King size bed in an adjoining bedroom. Please let us know at the time of booking if this is required. During your stay We would always be available to greet on your arrival and you will also be offered homemade cake and tea . Other things to note An adjoining bedroom can provided another King size bed for friends wishing to stay at the same property at no extra cost.
