Hirondelle-1 a Magneaz

Magneaz is located on the Transverse, a large sunny slope in the upper Ayas Valley. It was once a merchant village on the Kraemerthal road, today it is a village of alpinists and tourists among pastures and woods. The Hirondelle consists of a rascard, a house from the sixteenth century and a villa from the nineties, with three apartments. Hirondelle-1 is a 70 sqm apartment on the ground floor (upstream) of the latter, with a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony (12 sqm.). The space The apartment has a private parking. Access is street level and therefore very suitable for the disabled. Other things to note From Magneaz start some easy walks that through pastures and pine forests lead to Alpe Mezzan (where there is a farm restaurant) and Alpe Varda, located on a beautiful balcony overlooking Monte Rosa. Obviously more challenging trips are possible to reach peaks celebrated for the wide views (Mount Zerbion, Grey Head) or, for experts, the sparkling peaks of the Rosa (Breithorn, Polluce and Castore).
