The space Located in the municipality of Meyras, a medieval village and labeled "village of character", discover the charm of our 77 m² stone house, completely renovated with all modern comforts. From the outside, the main entrance is via the raised terrace, shaded and offering a magnificent view of the river and the surrounding nature. Our accommodation has, on the main level: - a large living room with seating area and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) - a bathroom with shower - separate toilet Upstairs: - a first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed - a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds - a master suite with double bed 140 cm, shower and sink - a separate toilet The house is semi-detached with another house. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor area, common to both homes. The accommodation has two private parking spaces. NON-SMOKING accommodation Pets NOT ALLOWED Parties NOT ALLOWED Housekeeping fees are included in the rate and include: - cleaning the space between 2 rentals - disinfection of surfaces (COVID 19) Nevertheless, tenants are asked to return the accommodation with the dishes washed and the garbage cans emptied.
