Bucolic old house near the forest.

I am a charming renovated family house, old farmhouse, on the edge of the forest, in a quiet and bucolic environment. I am the ideal refuge for lovers of hiking, nature and old stones. Please note, parties are not allowed! You will be able to practice cycling, mountain biking, tree climbing, river fishing not far away, long forest walks... Besançon and its historic center are 20 minutes away. Welcome to "La Maison Maire"! The space Annual winter closure on December 15, 2023 and reopening on April 1, 2024! Self check-in and check-out at the house are possible upon request. IMPORTANT: Following the accommodation of some inconsiderate people, we are obliged to specify that parties and noisy evenings are not accepted, nor are outside guests. The house is not a party room... The house is very comfortable for 3 couples, 4 children and 2 babies maximum. Two pets will be accepted during your stay. Two travel cots and a baby bath, a potty and two high chairs are available, as well as a changing mat. For children, toys, books and board games. The house also has many amenities: washing machine, ironing board, television, WIFI... Bedroom 1: double on the ground floor with 160 cm bed, very bright, overlooking the living room. Bedroom 2: double upstairs with 160 cm bed, can accommodate a baby bed. Bedroom 3: with a double bed of 160 cm, a single bed of 90 cm and can accommodate a cot. Bedroom 4: in a row with bedroom 3, but separated by a door, with 3 single beds of 90. Ideal for a children's dormitory. The house has a very nice fireplace for evenings by the fire, and a WEBER barbecue for summer evening meals. Located about a hundred meters from the Breurey community hall and close to the Maison Forte de Sorans-les-Breurey (small medieval castle for rent for events), the house is perfect for you to stay if you are invited! Guest access You have access to the whole house, and the garden. The latter, quite large, is not fenced, but traffic is low because the house is on the edge of the forest. The uncovered parking lot (4 spaces) is right across the street from the house. Other things to note In the kitchen you'll find a toaster, kettle, standard coffee maker, small fridge, large fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, and dishes for 10 people. You will have at your disposal tea, coffee, powdered chocolate as well as basic products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, aluminum foil, paper towels, tea towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid...) There's toilet paper in the bathrooms. The beds are made upon arrival, and bath towels are placed on the beds.
