"La moutonnerie" gîte, in Neuvy-en-Mauges.

In the heart of Anjou, in the village of Neuvy-en-Mauges, 35 minutes from Angers, 30 minutes from Cholet, we offer this comfortable gîte, comprising two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a choice of two single bed. (See other remarks) This cottage is intended for people who want to rest only. We don't allow parties or events. Accessible PMR accommodation (test armchair size 103 x 65) except garden and small bedroom. The space We are located in Neuvy-en-Mauges, a village of 800 inhabitants, 10 minutes from Chemillé. Within a 3-minute walk, you will find a convenience store, a hairdresser, a car garage... The vacation rental is located at the exit of the village (towards La Jumellière) Guest access The property is located in Neuvy-en-Mauges, 10 minutes from Chemillé. Other things to note CAUTION: There is a right of way in front of the house for the owners of the adjoining house on the right, but it is very little used. The cottage is located at the exit of the village (road towards "La Jumellière" limited to 30kms/h on the side of the house). The garden is not enclosed. There are steps to get into the bedroom with the two single beds. In winter, when the stove is in use, we come to clean it 2 to 3 times a week (depending on the outside temperatures). The intervention lasts 10 minutes maximum, we do it when it suits you, as far as possible.
