Our house was built in the 1950’s. We did a total refurbishment in 2018 but the vintage style remains, leaving the old windows, doors and floors inside this charming home. It is located 45 min. south of Salzburg in the central Austrian Alps, which is a great base for skiing, cross country, hiking & biking. Eben’s family friendly ski resort “Monte Popolo” is very close and famous ski resorts like Flachau/Wagrain, Zauchensee, Obertauern & Schladming/Reiteralm are only a few minutes away. The space Our house offers great views of the surrounding mountains. There is a big terrace and garden for your own use. On the ground level you find 1 bedroom with 2 single or 1 double bed, 1 toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine etc.) with dining area, tiled stove, and a living room with a spectacular view through our panoramic window. On the first floor you will find 1 toilet, the bathroom with an oversized window in the walk in shower speaks for itself. Washing machine (bring own detergent) and dryer. 2 cosy bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room. The master bedroom has direct access to the private balcony. WiFi access is availabe free of charge. All bedrooms are equipped with cable tv. On the basement level you have access to the gym, walk in shower and toilet, Sauna and a relaxing space with great views over the Hochkönig mountain range. There is also one “pine wood” room with 1 single bed and 1 water bed for relaxation. Other things to note Compulsory local tax of € 1,75 per person/night payable directly at check in. Security Deposit of €200,00 is due upon check in. The wood fired oven ‘s can be used by our guests if following the instructions of the owner. Baby equipment upon request.
