We'll be delighted to welcome you to our home! We are offering one of our rooms, which has a double bed, a bathroom and a toilet. We are also present and we will do everything to make your stay enjoyable We also have a second bedroom with a bathroom and toilet, which we rent out. The space You will have access to the garden (in summer) and the American kitchen that will be common and you can enjoy breakfast there. Guest access Ground floor: bedroom, bathroom, toilet + common area: living room-kitchen, garden During your stay I'm here to answer any questions you may have and to make your stay pleasant. Please let me know when you arrive, so I can arrange my day. Check-in and check-out times will be set together. I'm pretty flexible if there are no other guests after you, otherwise you'll need to vacate the room around 11 a.m., but you can leave your luggage if needed. Other things to note Accommodation suitable for couples with or without children (but no small children because of the stairs). We have a second room that we rent if you are more people.
